GETTING STARTED
- Registration There is no risk or obligation to register through Court File America. Actually you will be registering with eFiling for Courts/Texas.gov. Attorneys, legal assistants and Pro Se (individuals) may all register and efile.
- Instructions Although efiling is not difficult, efiling is filling out a government form and attaching your document. We heartly recommend that you take a few minutes to view our online tutorial in order to familiarize yourself with the settings, steps and options. See eFile Instructions.
